  • Time is counted based on GMT+8, regardless of your local timezone.

  • We will determine the refund eligibility window — not your timezone or email timestamp.

âś… Refund Policy Terms

  • This money back guarantee / refund policy applies only to your first refund request across all products at learningphase.com
  • Refunds for second or later purchases are not guaranteed. Since our products are digital and instantly downloadable, this helps prevent abuse.
  • For international purchases in USD / SGD: You’ll receive a full 100% refund.
  • For Indonesian-based purchases in IDR: A 4% processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable fees from our payment provider.
  • We track refund eligibility using email, transaction ID, and IP address.
  • If we detect multiple accounts or refund attempts under different emails, we may decline the request.

  • Your request is submitted after the 30-day window (GMT+8).
  • You’ve already received a refund before.
